*The guarantee time for LED Name Badge and LED T-Shirt are 1 year from the date of shipping
*The guarantee time for High Power LED,Round Type LED,Straw-Hat LED,Flexible LED Strip, LED Bulb and LED Spotlight are 2 years from the date of shipping
*The product are not allow to be replaced or returned once have been used in application
*If need repair/replace/return for the goods, a copy of the invoice be required
*If the goods are damaged when you received, you have to report us within 3 business days upon the receipt of the goods, and offer us the relevant photos to show us the situation of the damage goods, together with the photo of the original shipping carton. At the same time, you have to keep the damaged goods, package and shipping carton until the issue be solved, any issue or claim about the damage which you didn't report more than 3 business days will be un-valid for us
